Are Humans Able to Reason and Think Without Bias
Not long ago, I was speaking with John Altmann the philosopher, and we were discussing the question of whether or not human beings are actually even capable of pure reason. Now then, this might sound silly, however when you consider that each individual is an accumulation of their experiences, their friends, their observations, their education, and all of their thoughts you can see where it might be nearly impossible for a human being to catch all that they know and operate in a place of pure reason without bias.
In starting this conversation and dialogue, John asks a rather serious question; "Are humans even capable of reason?" Indeed, this is a good question, and further John states one of the main problems with all of this;
"The problem is reason is always tainted with a personal bias or assumption, and then he asks three more questions;
What is reason at its core?
Are any human beings actually truly capable of it?
What is an absolute truth in this world?"
Again, these are questions which get right to the heart of the matter, however of personal bias,see more, I am somewhat worried in discussing such intellectual thoughts with academic philosophers were a number of reasons. In many regards such a discourse would be used to sway the opinion of another and grab control of their thoughts to implant counter argument thoughts. This is why I take issue with it.
Let me give you a for instance; the 'personal bias' issue is a common concept propelled by academia and socialist-liberal thinkers, in that it purports that one individuals limited experience,DONNA HOGAN REBEL HIP-TOP BLU, knowledge,Hogan scarpe donna nuovo arrivo 2012 beige, and poor assessment of observation is tainted equally to someone with superior observation skills and a potent memory.
When someone says to me; "well, that is your perception" - well, I immediately take issue, as they completely dismiss my real world experience, and calculatingly replace it with their so-called book knowledge or academic status quo answer, often based on the sole premise that's my personal bias has somehow clouded my decision making process, and my thoughts.
Observation, especially repeatable observation is what science, and scientific method uses at its baseline and foundation, dismissing actual observation of another,Tods uomo Gommino Guidare Scarpe con Black Tie anteriore, using some theory that every assumption used in reasoning comes with a personal bias is laughable, but then to claim that and then counter-argue another point is even more absurd, so I'll have none of that nonsense in my own life. Indeed, the confusing of young students with such horse dung, is nothing more than a control mechanism to capture their minds and meld them to the academic view, which has nothing more than a repetitious conditioning bias.
One must therefore, reason or attempt to based on their experiences and observations and move forward trusting themselves and those observations over being told what is, or hyper-conditioned through a barrage of rote memorization/reward cycle to brainwash - which is the problem with academia, and it's too bad in all their philosophy they refuse to admit it, after all this boomerang argument, is akin to their attempt to dispute reason of another.
Reason does have a core as it is a process, not an answer, thus, its core process is to process the information brought in, not dismiss it. If we want humans to think we need to stop "telling" them what to think, and how to think, otherwise they will not come to a breakthrough in philosophy of any great leap. Therefore one ought to be very careful when adopting the "personal bias" theory when trying to reason, especially in debate. Trust self, trust your observations,HOGAN VALENCIA DONNA ORO ARGENTO, and don't second guess your experiences based on someone else's bias or conceived intellectual argument. Think on this.相关的主题文章:
